Meet Ashley Kleinsmith,
a talented student, aspiring author, and tax accountant hailing from Meridian, Idaho.
Ashley became an accountant in 2016, after spending several years in the accounting industry. But Ashley's journey to becoming an accountant was not a typical one.
Before starting her career in accounting, she spent seven years in the senior living industry, starting from being a caregiver at a memory care assisted living facility and working her way up to management. Throughout her time in the industry, she held various positions such as an assisted living facility manager, director of activities, and assistant to the VP of sales and marketing (just to name a few).
Currently, Ashley is a full-time student completing a degree in business administration.
Ashley is a freelance writer and skilled wordsmith. She is passionate about writing and eager for new challenges. Whether it's creating compelling content, crafting creative stories, or composing thought-provoking essays, her love for writing shines through in every word she puts to paper.
Ashley's versatility in writing business-related content has helped her to communicate with diverse audiences, including clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. With a keen understanding of the target audience and a knack for adapting her writing style, she consistently delivers clear and concise messages that drive results.
While Ashley has years of experience in nonfiction writing, it was in 2021 that she discovered a passion for writing fiction. She has since published an interactive novel on a popular gaming app and drafted multiple full-length novels. She plans to publish her first novel before the end of 2024.
But writing is not just a means of employment or a creative outlet for Ashley because it is also an essential part of her academic journey. As a student, she's received recognition for her eloquent essays and research papers. Ashley's strong research skills enable her to gather relevant information and present it compellingly, ensuring that her pieces are not only informative but also persuasive.
In 2022, Ashley Kleinsmith earned an Award of Excellence at Western Governors University College of Business for a paper she wrote on Emotional and Cultural Intelligence.
